SAPNE is an association of poets of South Asian origin residing in the New England area  including persons having interest in South Asia. We strive to find the voice of South Asia in New England. Membership is open to all poets and everyone is invited to the quarterly meetings.

We organize quarterly poetry events, including the Harvard India Poetry Reading and the New England Folk Literature and Oral Poetry Festival, featuring South Asian and other diaspora poets writing in a range of world languages.
